Reiki is for everyone and everyone can learn Reiki! Reiki is a light touch/no touch energy healing modality that we can use for ourselves and others to help the holistic body to balance, encouraging emotional and physical healing. Join us for this level one Reiki class, which focuses on the beginning basics, self healing, and beginning to share with others. We will spend a peaceful day in conversation and hands-on activities as we unravel the mystery of healing Energy. Participants will be Reiki l attuned and off and running on their energetic journey. Manual and certificate provided. Class will be held at Kindred Wellness Cafe with Reiki Master Teacher, Annette Davis. The class fee is $150, due upon registration.
