Step into the world of energy healing with our Reiki I Certification Class, a full-day immersive experience designed to awaken your innate healing abilities.

In this Level 1 training, you'll be attuned to Reiki energy and guided through the foundational practices of this gentle yet powerful healing modality. You'll learn how to channel Reiki for self-healing and to support loved ones, as well as explore the history, principles, and ethics of Reiki.
In this class, you will:
Receive your Reiki I attunement
Learn hand positions for self and others
Explore energy anatomy (chakras, aura, etc.)
Practice giving and receiving Reiki
Receive a comprehensive manual and Reiki I certificate
✨ No prior experience is necessary — just an open heart and a willingness to learn.
What to Bring:
A journal and pen
Water bottle, snacks & optional: lunch (there will be time to go grab food if you do not want to pack one)
Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing
