Have you ever felt the power of energy healing and wondered if you could learn it yourself?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing practice that helps restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. In this small, supportive training, you will learn how to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and for helping others.
This weekend training offers both Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II certification.
Classes are intentionally kept small so each student receives personal guidance, practice time, and a meaningful attunement experience.
Reiki Level I - Foundations of Reiki
In this beginner training you will learn:
The history and principles of Reiki
How energy flows through the body
A guided meditation to create your sacred healing space
Hand positions for self-healing and healing others
Energy awareness and hands-on practice
Reiki Level I attunement and certification
Reiki Level II- Deepening the Practice
Level II expands your skills and intuition:
Introduction to sacred Reiki symbols
Techniques for distance healing
Strengthening intuitive connection with energy
Practice sessions to build confidence
Reiki Level II attunement and certification

Investment:
Reiki Level I: $100
