Reiki Healing, Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony
Join Mystic Healing Moon for a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, Sound Bath and Reiki Healing Circle on October 25 at Flight Club Fitness (formerly Fly to Fit) in Evansville IN. Guided meditation and breath work are also part of this healing experience. The Mystic Healing Moon team includes Reiki Masters, certified sound healers, shamanic healers, breath work masters and spiritual life coaches.
Come immerse yourself in the medicine of cacao (ceremonial chocolate) by sitting in community and releasing expectations and burdens that no longer serve you. Draw an oracle card for guidance, get comfortable and allow this magical (non-psychedelic) plant medicine to open your heart and guide you on the steps to manifest your wildest dreams and deepest desires.
Through guided meditation, breath work, sound healing, and reiki/shamanic energy healing, you can connect to the power of the earth, your higher self, and your spirit guides. Whether you want to share your experience after or contemplate in solitude, the evening will wrap up with thoughtful conversation, reflection, and a blessing to take back out into the world.
Please bring something to sit on. A pillow, blanket, yoga mat, or whatever will make you comfortable. We will have some extra mats and blankets on hand if needed. Many participants prefer to lie down during the meditation. Bring a journal, pen, and water bottle. If you would like to bring an item for the altar, please do so. (It will be returned.)
