In this 90-minute workshop by the beautiful Elwood Beach - we start with gentle breathwork and meditation, and then move into a more in-depth exploration of reiki...

Self-reiki, partner reiki, and distant reiki, followed by a sharing circle and angel cards.

Learn about the reiki symbols and how to give and receive reiki in a safe, calming space, and feel more connected with your own healing power.

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, an object you would like the group to give distant reiki to, and an open mind x

Optional - potluck picnic after class, if you are joining please bring a dish/ some food to share with everyone.
