*Guided Meditation: Clear your mind and prepare for healing.
*Reiki Healing: Certified Reiki practitioners (Level 2 and up) will offer 5-15 minutes of Reiki to each participant, depending on the number of attendees.
About Reiki:
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that enhances the body's natural ability to heal. Practitioners lightly place their hands on or above the body, channeling energy to promote balance, harmony, and deep relaxation. It's beneficial for all ages and particularly helpful for those with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress.
