Reiki Healing Circle

The Reiki Circle will be a 1-hour community-based healing session that supports emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. The session format is designed to create a peaceful and inclusive space for participants of all backgrounds to restore balance and harmony within.

• Opening Meditation (10 minutes): A guided practice to center the body and calm the mind.
• Group Reiki Healing (40 minutes): Gentle, intentional Reiki energy shared in a circle formation. Participants may sit comfortably as they receive energy healing.
• Reflection & Closing (10 minutes): A space for group sharing, integration, and intention setting.
