We are not humans having a spiritual experience. We are spirits having a human experience.
Every day we take care of our physical body and give it what it needs, but we seldom give much thought to our spirit - our energetic body.
Inner Wounds:
If I have a physical wound on my arm and let it fester and get infected instead of taking the time to nurture and heal it, it can impact my entire physical body.
The same is true of our spirit - our energetic body. If we allow an inner wound to go unhealed, it can impact our entire energetic body for years or even decades.
In turn, this can affect how we show up in the world, how we interact with those around us and our loved ones...and even ourselves. That's why it's so important to make time to heal those inner wounds.
The Throat Chakra:
The throat chakra is associated with communication, self-expression and creativity. When this chakra is balanced, it can promote clear communication, confident self-expression and creative inspiration.
When the throat chakra is unbalanced, one will deal with frequent miscommunication in relationships, anxiety, shyness and insecurity.
Let's heal those inner wounds, this time focusing on the throat chakra.
What to expect:
This event will hyper focus on healing the throat chakra.
1) We will begin with meditation to bring personal awareness to the throat chakra and give it some intentional love.
2) While the attendees remain in a meditative state, Stella Webb, a Reiki Master with years of experience, will go to each person to allow Reiki healing to flow to the throat chakra.
3) For the final step we will ensure the throat chakra is open, activated, cleared and aligned so that it is in perfect working order to help us live our best lives.
