Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, possibly a pillow, a bottle of water to stay hydrated, a notebook if you enjoy journaling, and your best friend.

Please park in the public lot that is the entryway to Prairie Duneland Trail. Located at the corner of Samuelson Road and Central Avenue. The gate attendant will let you in through the backyard fence. Gates close at 6:20
