To help de-stress and promote relaxation, calm and well being. Learn Traditional Japanese Usui Shoden teachings with this one day training course. Ideal for those interested in learning Reiki to use for themselves, family, friends and even pets!
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an oriental method of working with energy that you can use for your own benefit and for the benefit of other people. The system was developed by Mikao Usui in Japan. Reiki is about working on yourself to use for self-healing, self-development and spiritual development, as well as being able to offer Reiki to help others.

Course Schedule:
On the day you receive three Reiju Empowerments (A Japanese sacred ritual to honor your connection to the Reiki energy) The course has a very practical approach, including energy exercises, self treatment techniques, mindfulness, Reiki precepts and Reiki meditations. It is a course that gives you the foundations to a personal healing practice as well as learning basic hand positions to treat others.

Bellows Mill
Eaton Bray, Beds
Venue is in the grounds of a beautiful 13th century water Mill with mill stream, private lake, woodland and beautiful grounds. Venue has all the usual facilities including kitchen/bathroom/treatment space for meditations and treatments. Free Parking available on site.
Cost:
£190 which includes pre-course manual, audio downloads and certificate on completion. On-line support is also available before and after the course.
To book and secure your place:
A deposit of £90 (non-refundable) is required at least 4 weeks in advance to reserve a place & receive your training material. The remaining £100 to be paid a few weeks before the course.
