What is Reiki and What Does it Offer?
Reiki (pronounced Rāy Kēy) is a Japanese holistic healing modality that facilitates stress reduction and pain management. Reiki literally translates as “divine or universal life force energy”. It is a treatment that aids the mind and the body to heal itself by moving mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual energy blockages to create balance and maintain health. Reiki brings a stronger awareness of the mind/body/spirit connection to one’s consciousness. In result, the mind and the body’s own natural healing energy is restored. When harmony is present, healing occurs.
Reiki’s benefits are numerous even after one session, but exponentially improve with repeated sessions. An individual can feel the immediate benefits from Reiki for several days physically, mentally, and emotionally. When one trains in Reiki and can administer their own healing sessions, the impact increasingly amplifies with each experience.
“What types of issues does Reiki work on?” EVERYTHING! It goes to whatever is needed in order to create alignment and balance, allowing the healing process to begin. I work with clients who experience mental and/or emotional imbalances, addiction, abuse, and trauma. I also work with clients who have been diagnosed with ailments to include - but not limited to - auto immune disorders, hormone imbalances, Hepatitis B, Cancer, Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, Viruses, and injuries. The root cause is what we explore, not the diagnosis. In conclusion, clients come to me along their healing and spiritual journeys to open up to growth and expansion in consciousness and awareness.
If you are ready to commit to a deeper level of your own personal healing that can bring lasting results, or perhaps to share this healing modality with others along their journeys, I would love to be embark on this journey with you as your Reiki Master Teacher.
Reiki First Degree / Level 1 – This course includes introduction to Reiki and Energy Healing. You will learn how to administer in person Reiki treatments for yourself; as well as family, friends, pets, food, water, and nature.
NOTE: All courses include attunement, training, materials, and certification
In my Reiki classes I not only teach traditional Reiki, but more modern ways of using ancient wisdom of energy and healing in today’s world. You will be more than equipped with powerful ways to navigate your own personal healing journey, but also to be a Practitioner for others along their paths.
