Reiki Level 1 Certification Class
Includes introduction to the history of Reiki and energy healing, as well as the philosophy of Usui's principles. Understanding the energy system (chakras, auras, etc.), feeling energy flow, basic Reiki healing positions and methods, with self-treatment and beginning of treatment practice upon others. Reiki ethics and suggestions for developing one's own healing ability. Metaphysical and scientific views and implications of Reiki healing. Basic Usui Reiki symbols and attunement transmitted. Now, you are ready to do some "homework" of Reiki reading and healing practice.
Taught by Jed Shlackman, LMHC. Jed has trained Reiki students for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with a variety of holistic healing methods and studying and teaching metaphysical principles. Jed has a master's degree in counseling from the University of Miami and is a licensed therapist.
