Join us for an introduction to Reiki! 15-minute sessions in the Center for Hope & Healing building with Reiki Practitioner Yolanda Muhammad.
About this Event

The word Reiki is an amalgam of two Japanese words --- Rei and Ki. Reiki means spiritual or transcendent life force energy.

The Practitioner places his/her hand above or gently touches the body in a non-invasive technique.

Most people find Reiki sessions deeply relaxing, whether physically, mentally, or spiritually. Regular Reiki sessions can help reduce stress, alleviate or ease pain, and soothe mental stress.
