Reiki Development DayReiki Development Days are open to anyone who has trained in reiki to any level. These Reiki days aim to develop your existing skills and you are encouraged to attend every month to gain the most benefit from these. Reiki share is only a small part of what is included in these days.
In these circles, we will:
Begin with a reiki meditation
Carry out energy exercises
Journal on the reiki precepts
discuss our reiki practice/ ask questions
Share reiki healing
Receive a skill to work on between sessions or be given a book recommendation.
Please bring your beautiful energy, a notebook and pen, a bottle of water and anything you require for your comfort. (Fan/ cozy socks)
You are welcome to stay for lunch between 1 and 2pm and continue the chat. Please bring your own lunch with you. I will provide tea and coffee.
