Join Heather in the studio for our Reiki Circle, also known as a Reiki share or exchange. It's a gathering of like-minded individuals who participate in group healing sessions. At our Reiki Circles, we come together monthly to give and receive Reiki, to practice, support, and learn from one another.
During these sessions, we will explore various Reiki techniques, discover different ways to apply Reiki to alleviate our own stress, and address the suffering of others. We will also meditate to open ourselves to the educational and healing gifts of the Circle. Reiki is an energy healing technique that encourages relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
As always, everyone is invited regardless of their experience with Reiki. The circles are open to the public, and you are encouraged to invite others and share this information with anyone interested.
