A Reiki Circle is a gathering or group session where individuals come together to experience and share the healing energy of Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. During a Reiki Circle, participants typically sit or lie down in a circle while one or more Reiki practitioners channel the healing energy to each person individually or collectively. You can also become Reiki I attuined and learn the symbols as well as Self-Reiki. The circle provides a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals to receive the benefits of Reiki and connect with others on a deeper level. It is a wonderful opportunity for self-care, rejuvenation, and spiritual growth.This Universal Life Force Energy can be used by all and it is Sadie’s mission to teach self-reiki to all, better simplifying a more practical approach for her clients.
