✅ Bring: A yoga mat, a refillable water bottle, and an open heart. You may also like to bring a blanket or sweater because when we move energy out of the body we can often get cold.

🚙 Parking: : There is a parking lot with limited spaces at Sacred Space along with paid street parking on 24th St. & 25th St.
