Beginner Yoga with Monica

No matter where you are in your Yoga practice, we will begin with a basic introduction to:

• Asanas
• Pranayama
• Meditation

Asanas are the poses (postures or positions) we’ll be practicing ??‍♀️

Pranayama are the breathing exercises we’ll learn that can assist us in slowing down & relaxing ?

Meditation will help us find peace & balance in our daily lives ??

After a few introductory classes we’ll start putting each pose into play and create a flowing sequence of poses which will help in:

1. Stretching any tight muscles you may have ??‍♀️
2. Stretching & opening your hip flexors
3. Stretching & elongating your spine
4. Balance
5. Relaxation, peace and more!
