This Reiki Circle is an invitation to remember what already lives inside you.
Reiki is a life force energy that flows through all of us. It isn’t something you earn or become worthy of. It’s something you already carry. We are all healers because we all hold our own wisdom, intuition, and capacity to restore balance within ourselves. This circle is about reconnecting to that truth and learning how to access it with presence and trust.
Together, we’ll begin by grounding into the body through meditation, creating a sense of safety and steadiness within. From there, we’ll explore simple yet powerful practices to clear and protect your energy, helping you feel more rooted in yourself and less impacted by the outside world. You’ll then be guided through a gentle self-healing Reiki practice, allowing your own energy to move where it’s needed most, while being bathed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.
A beautiful altar will be set at the center of the space, and you’re invited to bring a small, meaningful object to place there. This could be a crystal, piece of jewelry, photo, or personal item you’d like to have infused with healing light and intention during our time together.
This is a space for slowing down, tuning inward, and honoring your unique way of sensing and working with energy. No Reiki training or certification is required. This circle is open to anyone who feels called, whether you’re brand new to energy work or have been walking this path for years.

Kelli Martin is an E-RYT®️, YACEP®️, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and spiritual mentor who has been devoted to the path of yoga, energy healing and embodied awakening since 2008. She specializes in Yin Yoga and is also trained in Yinki® —a deeply restorative fusion of yin yoga, Reiki, and sound healing.
Kelli studied Yoga Therapy at Loyola Marymount University and completed both the Healing From Within® Mentor Certification and the Certified Integrative Healer Training through the Tranquility School of Integrative Healing in Encinitas, California. Her teachings are rooted in the subtle body, the nervous system, and the unseen energetic realms.
Through energy work, spiritual mentorship, and somatic practices, Kelli guides sensitive women, empaths, and caretakers into spaces of deep stillness, energetic clarity, and inner trust. Her work is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember your divine nature.
With a grounded presence and a heart attuned to the sacred, Kelli offers healing as a return to self—where body, spirit, and soul reconnect in harmony.
