Recalibrate, awaken and align your mind, body and spirit with this co-lead experience combining the healing practices of restorative yoga, meditation, and reiki with sound healing! During class you will be lead through a grounding meditation with some very gentle yoga stretching to prepare the mind and body for a restorative yoga practice that is infused with reiki and sound healing specific for the chakras. Class will end with an guided meditative sound infused Savasana. 90 Minutes. Co-lead by Amy Bourque and Amy Martin
