This Reiki Bliss Restorative Workshop combines the gentle, healing energy of Reiki with the deeply relaxing practice of restorative yoga. This class is designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
During the class, Michelle will guide you through a series of restful yoga poses, each supported by props to ensure complete comfort and relaxation. As you settle into each pose, Reiki energy will be channeled to enhance your body’s natural healing processes, promoting a sense of inner peace and well-being.
