- The basics of reiki, history, principals, hand placement, 21-day cleanse guidelines, chakra basics, other important facts and more
- Guided meditation
- Attunement
- Practice reiki on each other and on yourself
Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle and a light snack. Also, participants will be doing a 21-day reiki cleanse after their attunement. This is an opportunity to deepen your own healing and is helpful to those looking to have a deeper sense of peace in their lives. Reiki level 1 students will learn how to do a self-treatment and treatments for others.
