🌞 Stepping Into Your Personal Power
A Qigong, Sound & Reiki Morning with Kay & Michelle
Sunday 28 June • 10am–12 noon

Step into the height of summer with a nourishing two‑hour session designed to help you rise into your full power.
You’ll be held by two experienced practitioners:
Kay — Sound therapist and wellbeing practitioner (founder of Grounded Sound)
Michelle — Reiki Master and founder of Minds Eye
We begin by gathering in circle before moving into gentle Qigong‑inspired movement to ground, awaken and open the body.
You’ll then settle into a deeply restorative sound bath, during which Michelle will offer individual Reiki, focusing on the feet and ankles to support your readiness to step forward with clarity and confidence.
This session is infused with Solstice energy — a beautiful moment to embrace your own light and personal power.
This session is perfect if…
you’re feeling ready for a shift or a fresh start
you want to reconnect with your confidence, clarity or inner strength
you’re craving a moment to pause and realign with what matters
you feel the pull of the Solstice energy and want to work with it intentionally
you love grounding practices that help you feel steady, centred and empowered
you’re curious about combining Qigong, sound and Reiki in one spacious morning
Absolutely no experience is needed — we warmly welcome friends old and new to our events.
If you’re unsure whether this session is suitable for you health‑wise, you’re welcome to contact either of us for a gentle chat.
Please bring:
A yoga mat if you have one, blankets, a pillow, and anything that helps you feel cosy on the floor. Eye mask optional.
We’ll end with grounding chocolate.
