What to Expect
Come as you are and allow yourself an hour to simply receive.
Join Sonia of 12BLUV Divine Creations and Sasha of The Rooted Response for an intimate Reiki & Sound Bath experience created to bring you into a space of relaxation, stillness, and connection.
Sasha will guide you into relaxation through the healing vibrations of sound, using crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. As you rest and receive, Sonia will move throughout the space offering Reiki individually to each beautiful soul.
Together, Reiki and sound create a beautiful experience that can support relaxation, energetic balance, emotional release, and a deeper connection back to yourself.
There is nothing you need to know or do beforehand. Simply arrive with an open heart and allow yourself to receive whatever this experience is meant to offer you.
No previous experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is necessary.
Your experience
We’ll begin by allowing everyone a few moments to settle into the space and get comfortable.
Sasha will then guide you into a relaxed state before beginning the sound bath. As the sound surrounds you, Sonia will offer Reiki to each participant individually.
Afterward, we’ll allow a few quiet moments to ground, reconnect, and close the experience together.
This is your time to slow down, breathe, release and receive.

Limited to 10 beautiful souls to keep the experience intimate and allow Sonia time to offer Reiki to each participant.
What to Bring
Dress comfortably. Yoga mats and floor cushions are available, but you’re welcome to bring anything that will help you fully relax—a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushion, or your favorite water bottle.
Chairs and alternate seating are also available for anyone who prefers not to lie on the floor.
