Reiki & Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation (Beginner Friendly)

Curious about Reiki or sound healing but not sure what to expect?

The session begins with individualized Reiki support for each participant.

While you rest comfortably, gentle Reiki will be offered one-by-one, allowing for a deeply personal and calming experience.

This portion of the session encourages:

• Nervous system relaxation
• Grounding and energetic balance
• A gradual transition into stillness

No interaction is required — simply relax and receive.

Reiki is offered briefly to each participant to preserve the peaceful flow of the group experience.

Following Reiki, you will be guided into a full sound bath using therapeutic instruments designed to promote deep relaxation.

Every experience is unique, and there is no “right” way to feel.

✨ What to Bring

For your comfort, you are welcome to bring:

• Yoga mat (optional)
• Blanket / pillow

• Anything that helps you relax

Mats will be available.
