An Afternoon of Integrative Healing:
Join Reiki Practitioner Laura-lee and Somatic Therapist Kamela for a 2-hour session combining group energy work with individual bodymind work.
• Guided grounding and body awareness
• Group Reiki session
• Optional individual somatic support (by raised hand)
• Time to integrate, share, and connect, with tea and snacks available
Your hosts:
Laura-lee is a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Relationship Strategist. Through Reiki energy work, she offers deep relaxation, stress relief, emotional softening, and a return to calm and balance across the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual body. Through her work as a Relationship Strategist, she helps women 30–45 identify the patterns shaping their relationships and make strategic shifts that restore respect and attraction.
Kamela is a Certified Somatic Therapist and Rubenfeld Synergist. Her training is in combining talk, touch, and gentle movement to address emotions, traumas, and stories held in the body. She helps clients who feel stuck or are suffering, whether in their work, their identities, their relationships, or their self-expression. The goal is to feel more at home in your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Kamela works with adults of all genders and especially focuses on people who identify as queer and/or practice unconventional relationships.
