Supported by props and guided through gentle, floor-based postures, you’ll be invited to fully surrender into stillness and ease. Each pose is held for several minutes to encourage deep release and integration.
During the holds, Reiki energy healing is woven into the experience to promote energetic clearing, balance, and a profound sense of peace. This hands-on healing is offered to help guide your body into optimal space and support deeper relaxation.
Open to all levels, this class is ideal for anyone seeking rest, renewal, and gentle energetic support. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and restored.
