About this Event
Settle into a deeply restorative group Reiki experience designed to support relaxation, balance, and energetic renewal. You’ll be guided into savasana, where you’ll rest comfortably as Reiki energy is shared with the group to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore inner harmony. Elements of sound healing and chakra tuning are woven into the experience.
Reiki Healing is an energetic healing practice used to promote physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. This universal healing energy was first accessed at the turn of the 20th century by Master Mikao Usui, a devoted practitioner of Japanese Zen Buddhism.
For nearly a decade, Chasity has devoted her work to guiding others toward deeper alignment, presence, and healing. As a Level III Usui Reiki Master, Chasity’s practice centers on supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance across the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of wellbeing. The body already knows how to heal, it simply needs the space to soften and receive. Rooted in gentle, intentional energy work, Chasity’s sessions weave together Reiki, chakra tuning, and subtle sound healing to guide your nervous system into a deeply restorative state. Through this process, Reiki energy is flowing through Chasity, allowing the healing energy to go to areas in your body where it is needed to release physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages.
When the body is energetically aligned, the mind softens, the heart opens, and a deeper sense of peace becomes accessible. This work supports restful sleep, emotional balance, stress & anxiety relief, and a grounded return to self. Through this space of restoration and presence, you will feel guided towards a deeper union with yourself.
