About this Event

Reiki & Restore Beach Sessions are seasonal group gatherings for people ready to:

• Rest and reconnect with their body, breath, and nature
• Set down what they've been holding for everyone else
• Enjoy a quiet oasis away from the busy Ocean City vacation vibe

You will be guided through practices intended to bring your body, mind, and heart into balance, allowing for deep relaxation. Each class will be intuitively led, incorporating gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and Reiki energy healing. No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. Hands-on Reiki (optional)

There are wild ponies at Assateague, so please abide by the park rules and respect the animals who call this beautiful place home.

Parking is in the day lot and is $5 unless you have an MPS pass, then it is free. After park hours, please place $5 cash into the envelope at the toll booth. It is based on the honor system.

Reiki & Restore experiences take place directly on the beach at Assateague in Maryland, near the youth group campsites, north of the day use boardwalk and bathroom area. I will send my phone number and more specific directions after booking. (wifi is spotty on the beach)

You must complete a waiver prior to participate in any activity led by Kim Brooks Yoga & Wellness, LLC. You only need to complete the waiver once, so if you've already completed it, it is on file.
