Throughout class, Reiki energy healing will be offered to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Reiki is a gentle, Tibetan style of energy healing that channels universal love and healing energy through the practitioner to the student. Reiki is of the light and can only be of benefit, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance and ease.
