✨ Join Gayle to learn about Reiki, an energy technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki, or universal life force energy, nourishes and maintains all living things. When channeled by someone attuned to it, this energy flows through the body to release blockages that can disrupt its natural flow. As these blocks are released healthy energy flow returns, which invites balance and lightness.
✨ During this workshop, students will experience reiki through guided meditation and long-held, prop-supported restorative postures.
