Welcome to this community event utilizing Reiki Healing Energy, Crystals, Tibetan Bowls, and gentle guided meditation at the studios of Woodbury Ballet in Woodbury CT. No experience is needed; just a desire to be released into relaxation and peace.

Reiki alone is a powerful relaxation tool. When the vibrations of the Healing Bowls are added, the room becomes infused with sound, creating an environment for peaceful meditation.

The full session will last an hour with time for questions and comments.
