This 75 minute Reiki Restorative Yoga will combine restorative postures and energy healing to help relax your body and mind, reduce your stress level, and improve your physical health.While resting in your restorative posture, your guide Roxane Anglehart will offer Reiki hands healing energy. You will leave feeling calm, relaxed, and in a state of well being.
