This gentle, deeply nourishing session blends the stillness of restorative yoga with the subtle healing of Reiki energy work. You’ll be guided into fully supported poses using props, allowing the body to release tension without effort. As you rest, Reiki is offered either hands-on or just above the body to support energetic alignment, calm the nervous system, and encourage natural healing.
Finishing the practice with a sound bath where you will be immersed in healing vibration from crystal singing bowls to further deepen relaxation and healing. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected like you’ve exhaled something you didn’t know you were holding.
Cost is $35 pp
