Reiki Level One is an introductory training focused on self-healing, energetic awareness, and nervous system support. This class provides a strong foundation in Reiki for those who are new to the practice, as well as those wishing to deepen their personal wellness and self-care routines.
No prior experience is required.
During this training, participants will:
• Learn the history, principles, and ethics of Reiki
• Receive a Level One Reiki attunement
• Understand how Reiki works with the body, mind, and energy system
• Learn traditional hand positions for self-healing and offering Reiki to others
• Practice grounding, energetic protection, and awareness
• Gain practical tools for stress reduction, emotional balance, and daily self-care
Reiki Level One emphasizes personal healing and embodiment. Many students report feeling calmer, more centered, and more connected to their intuition following this training.
This class is well-suited for beginners, caregivers, yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and anyone feeling called to explore energy healing.
