In this compact 3-hour workshop, you will be introduced to the foundations of Reiki Healing. You will explore the history, philosophy, and practical techniques of this ancient healing practice.

You will also receive your personal Reiki attunement from Alison Maiden, a Reiki Master/Teacher with over 20 years of experience, allowing you to begin your journey as a Reiki practitioner.
