This Reiki Level 1 Intensive is a full-day, in-person experience designed to gently open your awareness to Reiki energy and reconnect you with your own inner healing capacity. Reiki is a simple, powerful practice that supports relaxation, clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to your intuition. Reiki Level 1 is focused on self-healing, personal growth, and learning to work consciously with universal life force energy.This class is taught in a supportive, grounded environment and includes both teaching and experiential practice. This is an in-person, small group class from 9:45am to 6:45pm in Highlands Ranch, CO. Class includes FOUR Reiki 1 Attunements, hands-on practice and discussion, Reiki 1 manual, Reiki 1 certificate. Includes one private 45-minute Post-Class Reiki Integration Session (scheduled after the class to support integration, reflection, and continued grounding).
