✨ Reiki for Kids is Back! ✨I’m so excited to offer this class again after hearing your requests! 🙌 It’s been a few years, but we're back and ready to teach children, ages 6-11, the magical world of Reiki in a way that’s fun and age-appropriate. Join myself and Kim White in teaching this fun class!
This class will be filled with stories, activities, coloring, and music to help kids learn all about energy, healing, and mindfulness. Plus, we’ve got breaks and snack time to keep everyone energized! 🍎🎨
Here’s what your child will experience in this Level I Reiki course:
🌿 What is Smudging and why we use it
✨ What is energy? Feel the flow with the "Energy Ball Technique"
👐 What is Reiki and the History of Reiki
🧘♂️ Breathwork & Meditation (including the calming Gassho Meditation)
🌈 Chakra Basics and how energy moves through our bodies
🙌 Self-treatment hand positions and basic hand positions for treating others
🕯️ A special Candlelight Attunement Ceremony
🎉 And to top it off, your child will receive a Certificate of Completion!
We’ll explore fun and effective techniques like The Zip-Up and The Cross Crawl to engage both the mind and body for a balanced learning experience.
Important Note: A parent or guardian must be attuned to Level I Reiki or above before the Children’s Reiki Class. Having that support from someone knowledgeable about Reiki is key to helping children on their own healing journey. 💖
