What is Usui Reiki?
Usui Reiki is an energetic healing modality originally from Japan that can help support the body to heal on all levels. As we all have the innate ability to heal, anyone can learn Reiki, whether you want to provide sessions to friends and family, clients, or for yourself.

In this hands on class, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, including:

• What is Reiki
• How Reiki is used
• What it feels like
• The history of Reiki
• Reiki Guiding Principles
• Learn about Reiki Guides
• Learn about the Reiki 1 Symbols

As this class is hands on, you will also:

• Practice the Reiki 1 symbol
• Practice your new healing energy
• Learn self healing
• Learn how to do a Reiki session

You will also receive your:

• In person Reiki 1 attunement
• Your Reiki Guide
• Reiki 1 manual
• In-person instruction
• Reiki 1 Certificate
