Reiki is a healing technique, guiding you to learn, discover and channel much more effectively universal healing energy which runs through us.Our energy can become blocked, drained and low which sometimes leaves you feeling down, unable to deal with situations effectively and susceptible to stress.
Low energy, as we all know, may eventually lead to short or long term illness and dis-ease in the physical body if it is not addressed and help sought.
Receiving a Reiki attunement, practising self healing techniques and discovering more about managing your energy on the course can help you hugely in reducing your stress levels and recognising your negative patterns in terms of stress.
Practising Reiki can help open you up to become a channel to bring this strong energy to your family, friends, yourself, animals and even your garden and help you on the road to recovery, increased health and well being emotionally, mentally and spiritually!
Life as we know, takes twists and turns, ups and downs and like many other natural healing therapies, it can at the very least, take the edge off life.
This is the beginners level and will include The History, The Reiki Principles, your Reiki 1 attunement, learning about Chakras, Auras, opening, closing and protecting your energy, meditation, relaxation, full body routine in a chair, working with animals, plants, people and more.
Subjects will be covered in the morning and healing practise on each other will be performed in the afternoon. Please bring your own lunch or if people prefer we can organise a sharing table at lunchtime.
Your tutor offers you coming up to 30yrs experience in the healing arts.
Throughout the day we will work through your full colour manual provided to refer back to after the course day. Continued support is offered after your course and we always like to hear how you have been developing. Reiki Development sessions can be organised if you would like to come back and refresh yourself, have a practise, enjoy a guided meditation and receive group healing as well.

At each level of training you will be provided with a full colour manual and ongoing support on your healing journey.
After you have received your confirmation, all the details of how to pay your balance are detailed. These payments can be made monthly, weekly or how you prefer, as long as the balance is paid two weeks before the start of the course date.
