This beginner-level class introduces Reiki and foundational energy concepts, making it perfect for those new to energy work!
Reiki, a Japanese term meaning "universal life energy," is a gentle hands-on healing method that promotes balance across all body systems by connecting to the body’s energy field. For centuries, many cultures have believed in the flow of life energy as a vital force influencing our well-being. Modern research suggests that this energy extends beyond the physical body, with disruptions in its flow linked to physical, mental, and emotional challenges. Reiki (pronounced "RAY-key") works to restore balance, supporting health and overall well-being.
This course combines classroom learning with hands-on practice. Participants will receive an instructional binder and a Certificate of Completion. Healthy snacks will be provided throughout the day, but you’ll need to bring a sack lunch or plan to order locally. Wear comfortable clothing to help you relax; slippers, socks, and a sweatshirt are recommended.
To ensure a personalized experience, Glenda keeps her classes small, allowing each student to receive the attention they need. Along with gaining valuable knowledge, you'll enjoy a fun and engaging atmosphere, meet new friends, and uncover your potential to heal yourself and others.
