Reiki 1 & 2 Refresher: review, expand, rekindle your connection with Reiki

Join Danielle Mai, experienced Reiki Master & Teacher, for this in-person Reiki 1 & 2 Refresher course designed for those who have already completed Reiki 1 and 2, and want to review, expand, and rekindle their connection with Reiki.

If you've had a break from your practice, or you’re looking to advance to the next Reiki level (lReiki 3 or Master), this refresher is perfect for you!

Q: I stopped connecting with Reiki. Did I lose it?

A: No way!

When life gets busy, your Reiki practice may be put to the side. You may feel like Reiki has disappeared or worn off. But, this is never the case. Reiki is always there when you’re ready. It’s like a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger it will be. It can be your foundation of support.

During this refresher course, you’ll be reminded of the soothing sense of peace that comes from self practice and sharing Reiki with others. You’ll reconnect with what you want out of your life, what you’re here to learn, and why you’re called to Reiki in the first place.

You’ll also be learning new techniques and applications with plenty of time for questions and practice. One attunement will be performed for each participant.

Other than a few handouts, we will be reviewing the Reiki 1 and 2 manuals provided during your training. You’re encouraged to bring your manual, or purchase the most recent 2025 edition with new content for an additional fee.

• A checklist to practice self-Reiki hand positions
• A checklist to practice Reiki hand positions for others
• New grounding and protection techniques
• New application of using Reiki to clear and protect any space
• Review of the 3 sacred symbols and their usage
• Review of remote Reiki technique with healing across time exercise
• Kôkyu Hô (breathing methods)
• Sneak peek of a Master level technique
• 1 individual attunement
• An opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and practice in a supportive environment

This class will take place in a private, peaceful space near downtown Lafayette. Crystal-infused water, tea and chocolate (of course) will be provided.
