Meet Your Hosts:

Judit is a self-love and feminine embodiment coach who guides women through the tender journey of healing after a breakup/divorce. Her work gently supports them in rediscovering joy, rebuilding self-worth, and opening their hearts to love again, starting from within. She’s deeply passionate about holding sacred spaces where women feel seen, safe, and empowered to bloom into their wholeness.

Jonnique is a licensed therapist and certified yoga teacher devoted to helping women reconnect with their higher selves through mindful, restorative practices. She weaves together clinical expertise and spiritual wisdom to create spaces that honor rest, self-compassion, and embodied transformation.

Together, they bring grounded experience, intuitive guidance, and warm sisterhood to this one-of-a-kind event.
