REI Everything Running Class on December 13th at 2pmHey everyone! Next Saturday, I’m hosting an everything running class at REI. It’s a great thing to come to for all ages and experience levels!
Some of the stuff that will be covered:
- Places to run (in general and in Tallahassee)
- Proper apparel, shoes, socks, etc, and how to dress for different weather
- Nutrition and hydration
- Injury prevention and recovery
- Staying safe
- Community resources
- Putting together a training plan
There will also be time for questions in case you’re wondering about anything that wasn’t covered in the presentation.
