This REI Discovery Event will be the most informative two days for Real Estate investing that you will ever attend. You will gain a full perspective of what it would take to start and build your own Real Estate business. I will go into all aspects from creating the business entity to generating leads and marketing strategies to get deals.
We will take a deeper dive into three main aspects of Real Estate Investing; Wholesale, Fix N Flip, and Buy and Hold. This will include how to structure all of these types of Real Estate deals and when to make the decision of what is the best option for each property.
We will also be visiting several Fix N Flip Projects and going over budgets and what improvements to make and what improvements are not needed. This will give you a realistic idea of what Fix N Flip projects entail and how much they really cost. This will be a Real World training as you will see Fix N Flip projects that are in progress currently.
I will have several guest speakers including: Kevin Tacher the Title King. He will be speaking on closings, what needs to get done on his end in order to buy and sell properties. He will speak on Title and Lien searches, and the process to obtain clear and marketable title. I will also have Jerron Kelly, one of the best Real Estate attorneys in the business that I have worked with for over 5 years now. He will be speaking about evicting unwanted tenants, how to protect yourself legally as a landlord, and may speak on the Foreclosure market as well. Paul Barash is one of my lenders. Paul has been in the business of lending for over 20 years. He will be speaking about raising capital for projects, working with lenders, refinancing properties after rehabbing to hold and rent.
