The Flow:

The workshop will start with a full body stress reset and an introduction to embodiment.
Here we will play the first games to understand how embodiment works.

While there will be a little theory and space questions, experiential learning is central to the training.

There will be rich and intense practice explorations, including movement and interactive group games, with live support and feedback, along with plenty of space for connection with other attendees.

I will teach you Embodiment Unlimited tools such as the four elements model, centring and basic embodied awareness. This will be combined with other tools and games from various other different approaches and schools which stam from the realm of movement, impro theater and integration training.

This in-person experience will give you the opportunity to discover and explore yourself in a gentle and playful manner.

My name is Gini and I work as a movement teacher, embodied coach, facilitator and therapist.

My work as a movement teacher includes group classes and personal training, as well as mentoring. As an embodied coach and facilitator, I help people build new skills to have more range of being and therefore more choice in their lives. It is important to me, to work closely with my clients in order to provide optimal support for deep and long lasting transformation. This also applies for my work as a personal trainer as movement training and embodied coaching go along and build a unique combination of practices to ensure true personal growth on all levels. If neccessary, I provide the therapeutig support needed to dissolve blockages from the past.

I enjoy excellent teaching and training from my mentor Paul Linden and the crew of Embodiment Unlimited since more than half a decade now. Since 15 years I learn and act in the field of movement, therapy and personal growth. I explored many different approaches and healing modalities as well as movement practices and many more.
I am trained in trauma-sensitive coaching and facilitation, as well as working with trauma with clients. My passion for games and play show up in my work as a coach and teacher.
