This experience is designed to help you understand your stress response and give you practical tools to work with it. Blending yoga, breathwork, nervous system education, and functional medicine insights, you will explore how chronic stress impacts your hormones, energy, mood, immunity, and overall wellbeing.
Together, we’ll use accessible practices to help your body shift out of survival mode and into a more grounded, regulated state. The experience includes yin yoga, breathwork, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, along with simple lifestyle, nutrition, and optional herbal supports for stress resilience.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your nervous system and realistic tools you can use right away to feel calmer, steadier, and more supported in daily life.
