✨ Към курса има закрита Facebook група за споделяне на опит, дискусии и материали.
🎁 Всеки участник ще получи 2 подаръка, използвани в даоските практики.
☕ По време на занятията ще има и чаша билков чай.

To change ourselves and the direction of our lives, we need to change three things:

❤️ The emotions
🧠 The mind
☯️ Over 100 days, we will explore ancient Taoist practices and build a foundation for greater joy, self-discipline and awareness.
👉 Qigong practices for the body
👉 Practices for transforming negative emotions
👉 Meditation practices for calming and developing the mind
✨ A private Facebook group will be available for sharing experiences, discussions and course materials.
🎁 Each participant will receive 2 gifts used in Taoist practices.
☕ Herbal tea will also be provided during the sessions.
