During the session, participants will work through the full preparation process, including sautéing aromatics, blooming spices, and building the finished dish. Attendees will leave with a solid understanding of the techniques and flavor principles behind this recipe, along with a printed recipe card to recreate it at home.
All ingredients will be provided. No prior cooking experience is required.
