REGISTRATION CLOSES OCTOBER 24th at 12 noon.
Rev up your creativity and help make the magic happen! We’re inviting families, friend groups, community orgs, and businesses to host a decorated trunk for our 2nd Annual Trunk-or-Treat. Think themed décor, costumes, games, and treats—plus vineyard views, live music, photo booth, hay rides, pumpkin carving, food truck, vendors, and cozy Red Wine Hot Chocolate.

Why host a trunk?
• Spread smiles for hundreds of local kiddos
• Show off your spooky-fun creativity
• Compete for the Prize for Best “Trunk” (judging ~3:30 PM)
• Be part of a beloved community tradition at the vineyard

Trunk Host Schedule
• 10:30–11:30 AM — Arrival & set-up (must be parked/decorated by 11:45 AM)
• 12:00–4:00 PM — Trunk-or-Treat open to the public (vehicles remain parked)
• ~3:30 PM — Best “Trunk” judging & award
• 4:00 PM — Event ends; tear-down begins after kids clear the area

What you bring
• A decorated vehicle (1 standard parking space) and individually wrapped candy/treats
• Optional: allergy-friendly options (e.g., small toys/stickers)
• Costumes encouraged!

What we provide
• A designated trunk space near all the action
• Event promotion + on-site signage for “Best Trunk”
• Access to restrooms, food truck, and winery service areas
• Day-of support from our team
Guidelines (family-friendly & safety first)
• No moving vehicles between 11:45 AM–4:00 PM. Engines off during event.
• No outside beverages of any kind. No open flames, smoke machines, or loud generators.
• Content must be kid-friendly (fun-spooky, not gory).
• Bring enough treats for the crowd; we suggest 400–600 pieces.
• Weather-permitting; updates posted to our socials day-of.
